Vision
IDCTCB vision is to be Africa's leading training center providing superior quality of water , sanitation and hygiene promotion capacity building services to both local and regional participants.
Mission
Our mission is to enhance development of skilled and competent professionals in water , sanitation and hygiene promotion sector through innovative community based approaches to assist the stakeholders in planning, implementation, operation and management of water, sanitation, hygiene and environmental programmes on a sustainable basis.
Purpose
Sustainable Water Advocacy (SWA) for knowledge Exchange co.ltd _ Integrated Development Center for Training and Capacity Building ( IDCTCB ) is learning and training institution established in 2010 and registered as authorized training and Human Resources Development Center at National Council for Training, Ministry of Human Resources Development and Labor,Sudan IDCTCB aims at contributing to progressive, healthy and self-reliant , and peaceful Sudanese communities with equal access to water supply and sanitation services. we believe that Issues such as fast depletion of ground water, water quality issues, poor sanitation coverage, poor focus on hygiene, problems in dealing in solid and liquid waste, conflict arising among different competing water users, demand adequate human resources with necessary capacity.
To address the capacity gap IDCTCB aimed to organize both non-formal and formal training workshops on all subjects related to water ,we deliver also agency-specific training, and customized consulting solutions to enrich learning and optimize individual, group and organizational performance targeting professionals and functionaries involved in the sector. Special focus is given to middle level professionals who are directly involved in managing the programmes on ground. We are working hard to establish partnership with NGOs/INGOs, Government training institutes and academic institutions.IDCTCB has range of regional and international multi-disciplinary team of professionals in diverse discipline in water supply and sanitation engineering, environment, management, public health, social, and information to ensure excellent professional service delivery for sector partners. |
